Benefiting from investment on new state of the art logistics processing machinery, which will in turn aid the further expansion of this already rapidly growing organisation.
Key Skills
- ONC/HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of working with heavy plant and equipment in an industrial environment
- Experience with relevant plant and equipment, including conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and rotating equipment
The Role
The shift technician will be a part of the engineering team within the bulk and break department to deliver on time delivery, continuous flow while also carrying out maintenance on heavy plant and equipment. They will carry out planned and reactive maintenance modifying to types of heavy plant/ equipment, breakdown repairs, using fault finding diagnostic techniques. The shift technician will also assist project works, QA systems and H&S.
There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
